• At Mythic Defense LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs and services to our customers. We believe that our success is based on the trust and satisfaction of our customers, and we strive to ensure that our policies reflect this commitment.

Privacy Policy:

• We understand the importance of protecting our customers' personal information. We collect and use customer data only for the purposes of providing our training services and communicating with our customers. We will never share or sell customer data to third parties without explicit consent.

Waiver and Release of Liability

By enrolling in our training programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• The training programs may involve physical activity and exertion, which may carry a risk of injury, illness or death.

• You assume all responsibility for your participation in the training programs and any associated risks.

• You release Mythic Defense LLC, its instructors, and any associated partners from any liability for injury or illness that may occur during or as a result of your participation in the training programs.

• You agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Mythic Defense LLC and its instructors during the training programs.

Customers are required to sign a physical and/or digital waiver before the start of the training program, acknowledging that they have read and agreed to this policy. 

Cancellation Policy:

• We understand that circumstances may arise that require a customer to cancel their training enrollment. If a customer needs to cancel, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the training start date. After that time, we do not offer a refund.

Payment Policy:

• We accept payment via major credit card or debit card and in person cash payments. Full payment is due during registration for the class if booking online, if in person full amount is due before class start time. 

Intellectual Property Policy:

• Our training materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Customers are granted a limited license to use the materials for their own personal or business use. Customers may not share or distribute the materials without our explicit permission.

Terms and Conditions:

• By using our website or enrolling in our training programs, customers agree to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions outline the rights and responsibilities of both the customer and Mythic Defense LLC. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time.

Code of Conduct:

• We expect our customers to behave professionally and respectfully towards our instructors and other participants in our training programs. Discrimination or harassment of any kind will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove customers who violate our code of conduct from our training programs.
